how to remove virus, that won't allow me to install anti viruses or access any help sites?
i have a virus on my lap top that wont allow me to download any anti viruses or access and help web sites. i have windows vista. this virus is starting to become a pain. it redirects me to different sites and like previously stated it WILL NOT let me install and anti virus. how can i get rid of this virus without losing any data?
the virus will not allow me to download malwarebytes or superantispyware
