What's The Best Techno Music Maker Online?
I always wanted to know how to make techno music, and I wanted to find a techno music maker. My friends had all been making tracks on their own rigs and beat making software and I really wanted to give it a shot. I tried looking for some free music maker software online or an online beat maker but I couldn't find anything that wasn't a scam or crap.
So I asked some of my friends what they recommended I try for my first music maker program. Some suggested fruity loops as a good music beat maker and they said it wasn't that difficult to use. I was pretty stoked to see that they offered a free trial on their site (seeing as how the good versions of the program run upwards of $150-$300), so I downloaded a copy to see if it was a good fit. Maybe I'm crazy but I could never figure it out, and some of the sound effects actually didn't work on my computer.
Needless to say, I was kind of bummed, I wanted a good techno music maker and fruity loops for me, wasn't cutting it.
So again, I went in search of a music maker online. I needed a beat making software that was easy to use, and most of all, cheap; hey, I'm no millionaire. I found couple online music maker programs that didn't look too promising (they used mp3s instead of wav files, and looked really cheap), and then I stumbled upon DBturbo
It's not an online music maker program, it's a downloadable program that is kind of like fruity loops, but much easier to use, and comes with a bunch of sick beats already programmed in. Best of all, it was like $20. Now it definitely doesn't have as many features as fruity loops, but it was much easier to use (for me at least), and way cheaper. I had already made 2 songs in my first week using it and they sound good. The files are all .wav files, so the quality is better than what you get with some of the online programs that use mp3s.
For me, the program works really well as a techno music maker; don't think this is pro-tools, it's not designed for vocals or instrument recording, it's purely a beat making program. I still use DBTurbo and I would say it's definitely a great techno music maker, that's primarily what I use it for.
